We had multiple issues with two different jobs not being done correctly (they forgot the transition section between rooms and didn't secure the floor grates the first time and reset the baseboards too high with resultant gaps between the new flooring and walls the second time). Resolution of both issues took weeks with TWO different instances of scheduled appointments resulting in a no-show without any communication by the company. The end result is fine, but getting there was frustrating and time consuming. We won't be using Jay's again.

My husband and I were very pleased with the overall process as it was quick and simple, and was all done the same day! The install looks fantastic! We cannot wait to have them come back and do LVP in the upstairs once we're ready. I would highly recommend Jay's Flooring to anybody for all of your flooring needs. Very prompt, professional and easy to work with.

The installers were excellent and worked hard all day. My installation took only two days. Jovani was a very helpful sales associate. I recommend him highly!
