He did an inspection and found an issue with the filter, which we had not been maintaining properly. He showed me how to maintain it and advised on the cleaning schedule, which is annually. Jeremy was friendly and easy to work with. Scheduling with Lilly’s was great: they were able to come out within two days and communicated the arrival window the day before and arrival of the technician the morning of. It was a great experience and we’ll definitely use them again!
