  Austin and his guys did a great job putting in skylights at my place. Very punctual, professional, and efficient with my time and their work. I look forward to working with them again.

  They say first impressions are everything—and I can confidently say that is 100% true. Yesterday morning, I woke up to the sound of dripping in our new home. To my dismay, water was leaking through one of the roof vents and into our bedroom. To add a bit of context, our home has an extremely steep roof pitch (I believe it’s an 11:1), a beautiful lodge-style design typical of a Custom Gable home—stunning, but definitely not an easy roof to access. We immediately called a local company, Revival Roofing & Exteriors, and within about an hour and a half, Austin Farris arrived. Despite the steady, pouring rain, he showed up with a smile and a can-do attitude, ready to get to work. I even apologized for him having to come out in such awful weather, to which he responded that this was exactly what he loves to do. Austin was upfront and transparent from the start. He explained that he would assess whether he had everything needed and mentioned he might need to return the next day if the repairs couldn’t be completed right away—but that he would get up on the roof, identify the issue, and keep us informed. And up he went—quickly, I might add. When he came back down, he let us know we didn’t have just one issue, but two: the vent boots had failed and needed to be replaced and resealed, along with a couple of other concerns (I’m not a roofer, so I may not remember every detail). Here’s the part that truly shocked me—by the time he explained everything, he had already fixed both issues. WHAT?! Even better, the repair was incredibly fair and didn’t leave my wallet reeling—which, as any new homeowner knows, is a huge relief when unexpected issues arise. Austin took the time to walk around the house with me (and hubby by camera) pointing out a few other things and offering his professional insight. Long story short, we canceled every other estimate we had scheduled and chose to move forward with Austin and Revival Roofing & Exteriors without hesitation. The impression Austin made on both me and my husband, through his professionalism, honesty, and work ethic, made the decision effortless. We didn’t second-guess it for a moment. We very much look forward to working with Austin and his team on future projects. Thank you, Austin—you truly made an outstanding first impression.

  I live in Kelso, but my elderly father lives in Washougal with my son. My son called me at the beginning of November when the weather was really bad letting me know that there were 3 leaks in the family room. I called a roofing company in Washougal, but they were busy that day and had passed our number to Austin. He called right away and scheduled a meeting with my son to look at the situation. He went out the next day and was able to identify the issue, but also worked his magic and was able to stop the leaks until we can arrange further work on the roof. He really saved the day and we are super happy with the work done. Guaranteed I will be looking to Revival for the rest of the work that needs to be done when we figure out financing. On a side note, I wish we had done more research for ourselves when the house in Kelso needed a roof, unfortunately, we didn't know about Revival at that time and went with another company ... and our roof did leak after the whole roof was replaced. I am just glad we now know about Austin and his team.

  When I noticed water leaking from a ceiling light at around 7 PM, I took action and called for help. Austin promptly returned my call, and together we arranged an appointment. His timely response and expertise allowed him to resolve the issue the very next day. This experience reminded me of the power of great customer service and the importance of support in times of need. I wholeheartedly recommend their services.

  I will be referring Revival Roofing & Exteriors to all my friends and family from now on! Austin was professional, quick and provided excellent work! I needed a few gutter down spouts moved/capped off and added in rain chains instead. I called him on a Friday, he was out here for a quote by Tuesday and the project was completed Friday the following week! I was impressed by how quick he was able to get my project completed while also in the season of rain! Thank Austin and team for your wonderful work!
