- CCCMW CMWOct 24, 20255.0Phenomenal customer service at the Longview store. We are so excited they are moving to Woodland closer to our home. You will never get this level of service at Lowe’s or Home Depot. We bought the center railing system for our back deck and it came out great, and then now we’re putting in another railing system for some stairs. The prices are very good and they were super helpful as long as we could help not going to Home we will only be using builders first source from now on.
- DDDarice Susan DixonJul 30, 20252.0I'm sorry to say, this is the first negative review I have ever posted. So disappointed with Builders FirstSource. Ultimately, though, this was our bad. We ordered a delivery of lumber for a garden fence. They had stock, made the delivery on time, but we REALLY should have inspected what they sent. The 4x4s, especially, were in very poor condition. One had cracks running on one side from top to bottom, another had black spray paint on it. There were areas of damage on almost every post. One of the 2x4s was so warped we later bought a replacement from Lowes. Our post installers never said a word and put the posts in as is. We STRONGLY recommend that you choose your lumber yourself before having anything delivered. Otherwise, you won't thank Builders FirstSource for what they send you, and neither will your project.
