  I had Mayster install ductless mini splits in my townhome (4 indoor units). I had them come over 2 years ago for an estimate and was impressed by how detail oriented their employee was. I decided to postpone the work at that time, and finally pulled the plug this time. My experience with the folks in the back office and with the folks that came over to do the actual installation was great! I hope I am getting their names right - Vicheslav, Iuri and Pavel. They got the job done in a day and a half, were very efficient and professional and polite. Special call out to Iuri who was most helpful answering all my questions and checking in with me when decisions needed to be made. I have been enjoying a nicely heated house since then - a great upgrade from my baseboard heaters. Would definitely recommend them for the job. It is so rare to find a company that communicates well and is on time and gets the job done well and fast.

  My husband and I have had the pleasure of working with both Adriel and Ester from Mayster Heating and Air, and we couldn’t be more impressed with the experience from start to finish.   This was a new company for me and I have to say they were totally awesome.Abriel was informative and thorough and did his best to make things perfect. I think it's cleaner now than it was when it was brand new. He also gave me the information I needed to keep it that way. I totally appreciate it the service from the first call to the very end. I've used several services and no one beats them in customer service at all. Good job you guys!

  On 11/16/2025, my elderly mother advised me that her heater was no longer working and that it had not worked for approximately. 3 weeks. She said she had a heating and air company evaluate it, which found it needed to be replaced and estimated the cost at least $10K. Unable to afford it, she decided to forgo the repair and not trouble me with this unfortunate news. With winter on our doorstep, I was deeply concerned and began to research heating repair companies in her area. I located Mayster online and saw glowing reviews and an A+ rating with the BBB. On 11/17, I reached out to explain my situation and that I was in another state. I was greeted with kindness and empathy. I was told that they would have someone conduct a site visit that day. Hunter was the tech who arrived. He was professional and super kind. My mother thought he was terrific. He called me and advised that the unit, in fact, needed replacement and gave me an estimate that was significantly less. He advised that a salesperson would be calling and that if I had any concerns, I should call him back. Within the hour, I was contacted by Tyler. Tyler was professional and informed me of all the options they could provide. I decided to move forward with the purchase of a new unit. Tyler said he believed the work could be completed within the week and would confirm and call me back. Tyler called back and said that he was able to lock in a removal and replacement on Thursday morning. On 11/18, Tyler contacted me in the morning to confirm that Thursday morning was scheduled and said someone would arrive later in the day to take measurements. On 11/20, Sergey arrived, removed my mother's heater, and replaced it with a new unit. The work was completed in four hours, and the heat was restored. My mother said that everyone from Mayster was courteous and professional and that they all arrived on time. I couldn’t be more pleased with the customer service that my mother and I received. I strongly recommend Mayster to anyone who needs a repair or replacement. Thank you for taking care of my Mother!! Christian

  They did the hvac on the new build I live in. The ADU wasn’t heating during the first winter we lived in the home-I thought we just didn’t know how to use the nest device and bought a TON of space heaters to keep it at 60 degrees for guests. Nope. They hadn’t hooked up the outside unit. A bird made a nest inside our dryer vent because the flap was improperly installed and left in a chronic open position. Paid our pest control to take care of that. A whistling sound was constant in our air intake downstairs and the owner said it was because we were using the wrong size filter…and texted a picture of the correct size which was(you guessed it) the same size I was originally using. Paid another company to come out and solve the issue. My daughter’s room is directly above one of the furnaces and the noise is unbelievably loud. Not a high end situation. Perhaps they gave the builder the best quote, but we’ve definitely ended up paying for it.
