    The electrician, Richard, and the tech guys - mostly Wes - did a good job of installing the heat pump and putting in a new electric panel under unexpectedly challenging conditions.

    Justin and Abrahan did a great job installing a new furnace. Conner later installed a surge protector, also doing a great job. Appreciate their professional work.

    Seth and his team installed a mini-split system in my townhouse. The crew was friendly, kept me up to date on what they were doing and, in the end, did an amazing job. Would highly recommend.

    Connor arrived around 9 to troubleshoot our gas logs, do an HVAC inspection and service and install a new thermostat (ours is old and not functioning). He was able to get our gas logs operating after trying a number of things and determining it was a communication problem after we got some good batteries, which were also part of the problem. He also cleaned the glass and surround. He did not have an appropriate thermostat to install so a return trip will be required and a working thermostat is required to complete the HVAC inspection and service. Connor explained what he was doing and why a different thermostat than the one he had in his truck would be best. I do not know hoe to characterize the price since I have not seen that yet. The rate Connor quoted me on the phone seemed reasonable however I am a homeowners club member so we’ll get my bill through them. Overall pleased with service received so far.

    Connor came out to my house and took a lot of time to help educate me and explain what he was doing/looking for while inspecting my heat pump system. He also pointed out where the other company that installed it cut corners, and what should have been done for a proper installation. I don't remember the electrician's name, but he also had the same customer care and was excited to be on the job - even though it was just a small maintenance call. It's not everyday that you find a company that cares about the customer and doing the right thing. Highly recommend calling Good Guys for any HVAC or electrical needs.
