I cannot say enough positive things about my experience with Good Guys Heating, Air & Electrical. From the very first interaction, their team demonstrated a high level of professionalism, knowledge, and genuine care for their customers. Scheduling was straightforward, communication was clear and timely, and they arrived exactly when promised, which I truly appreciated.
The technicians were courteous, respectful, and extremely detail-oriented. They took the time to thoroughly explain the work that needed to be done, answered all of my questions patiently, and made sure I understood my options before proceeding. Their expertise was evident in every step of the process, and they worked efficiently without ever rushing or cutting corners.
What stood out most was their attention to detail and commitment to doing the job right. They were meticulous in their work, kept the workspace clean and organized, and treated my home with care and respect. Once the job was completed, they walked me through the finished work, ensured everything was operating perfectly, and made sure I was completely satisfied before leaving.
It is rare to find a company that consistently delivers this level of quality, professionalism, and customer service. Good Guys Heating, Air & Electrical clearly takes pride in their work and values their customers. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of heating, air, or electrical services and will absolutely use them again in the future.

I can’t say enough good things about Good Guys Heating, Air, and Electrical. From start to finish, the entire experience was professional, stress-free, and genuinely impressive. It’s rare to find a company that combines high-quality work with outstanding customer service, but Good Guys absolutely delivers on both.
Scheduling was easy and straightforward, and they were very responsive when I first reached out. They showed up on time, which I really appreciated, and immediately took the time to listen to my concerns instead of rushing into the job. The technician was knowledgeable, friendly, and respectful of my home, explaining everything clearly in a way that actually made sense. I never felt pressured or talked into unnecessary repairs—just honest recommendations and transparent pricing.
The work itself was done efficiently and with great attention to detail. Whether it was heating, air conditioning, or electrical work, it was clear they knew exactly what they were doing. They treated the job like it mattered, double-checked everything, and made sure the system was working perfectly before leaving. The workspace was left clean, and they took the extra step to make sure I was satisfied and understood how everything worked.
What really sets Good Guys apart is their professionalism and integrity. You can tell they truly care about their customers and their reputation. They’re reliable, trustworthy, and clearly take pride in their work. It’s refreshing to work with a company that follows through on what they promise and values customer satisfaction as much as they do.
If you’re looking for dependable heating, air, or electrical services, I highly recommend Good Guys Heating, Air, and Electrical. They’ve earned my trust and will absolutely be my first call for any future needs. Five stars without hesitation.

Good Guys Heating, Air & Electrical are absolute lifesavers! When our furnace completely stopped working late last night, we were genuinely panicked at the thought of spending Christmas in a freezing house with our family. We called around, and every other company told us they couldn’t come out until after the holidays — but Good Guys made us a priority and were at our home first thing the next morning.
Before Connor even began inspecting the furnace, he brought in two space heaters so my family and I could warm up while he worked. That small act alone spoke volumes about the kind of people they are — thoughtful, compassionate, and truly customer-focused. Shortly after getting started, Connor quickly and confidently diagnosed the issue. To our relief, he already had the exact part needed in his vehicle and was able to repair the furnace immediately, getting our heat back on without delay.
Throughout the entire process, both Connor and Seth were incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and kind. Not once did we feel pressured, upsold, or taken advantage of — which is especially meaningful in a stressful situation like this. They took the time to explain what went wrong, answered our questions clearly, and even went the extra mile by cleaning the furnace as a courtesy, something we never expected but deeply appreciated.
It’s rare to find a company that combines technical expertise with genuine care for their customers, but Good Guys truly embody both. They didn’t just fix our furnace — they saved our family’s Christmas. We are beyond grateful for their help and can confidently say we will only be using Good Guys Heating, Air & Electrical for any future needs. Highly, highly recommend! I can't tell you how impressed I was by the staff.
The coldest Christmas — an extremely disappointing experience with “Good Guys”
We scheduled a routine inspection and cleaning with Good Guys Heating, Air & Electrical today (12/22) for our over 25-year-old gas furnace. The furnace was working properly before the inspection. However, during the inspection, after the technician cleaned components around the intake area, the furnace stopped working completely.
At that time, the technician, Connor, told us that the gas valve was likely the cause of the failure and offered to help find a replacement.
Later, the company did locate a replacement gas valve, but we were told that we would need to pay for both the part and the labor, even though the furnace failed during their service. The owner’s position was that they merely “found” the problem and did not cause it.
What is truly unacceptable is how the owner handled the situation. Other than sending us a $990 invoice for the replacement, there was no empathy, no accountability, and no meaningful effort to help resolve an emergency no-heat situation.
We requested a detailed work record to understand what was done during the inspection — this was ignored.
We asked for a temporary solution since we had no heat in winter — no response.
The owner repeatedly avoided the issue and deflected responsibility instead of helping a customer left without heat after their visit. He even accused us of “delaying” the replacement simply because we did not believe it was reasonable to pay the full replacement cost.
Ironically, Connor was the only person who showed genuine concern. He felt sorry for our situation and even said he wanted to buy a space heater out of his own pocket (To be precise, Connor did not make any actual offer—his exact words were, “I had wanted to….” We mentioned it only to be fair and acknowledge the sentiment. Yes, we were foolish and naive—our good intentions were exploited and turned against us.).
Yes, the furnace is old — but it was functioning before the inspection. A routine service should not leave a customer worse off, without heat, and then ask them to pay to restore what was working beforehand. If the owner had shown any good-faith effort to resolve the issue, we would have been willing to work with them. Unfortunately, there was none.
This became the coldest Christmas for our family — a holiday without heat or basic human warmth, made worse by the owner’s complete lack of compassion and responsibility. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this company. We have also decided to file a formal complaint. Hopefully, by sharing our experience here, others can avoid being put in the same situation.
Update after owner response:
The fact that the furnace is over 25 years old came as a surprise to us. When we purchased the home three years ago, the home inspection report indicated a different (younger) age. This information was shared with Connor, during the visit, and he was aware of this context.
Raising this point now as evidence of dishonesty is inaccurate and unfair, and does not address the substance of the situation or our attempts to resolve it.
‼️ This is our final update to the review (Google’s character limit requires us to keep it short):
Our heat is back (see the picture)!! We hired another technician to double-check the furnace. After 5 minutes of diagnosis, he lubricated and adjusted the switch on top of the gas valve and turned the gas back on—voilà! He explained the switch was turned off during the maintenance visit, and because it hadn’t been used in a long time, it likely had a poor connection when turned back on. With proper troubleshooting, this should have been straightforward to identify. In his view, this was not a failed gas valve.
This diagnosis brings the real cause to light. We’re relieved to have heat again, but we’re outraged that we had to pay $300 for a second technician to correct the problem caused by the GoodGuys’ maintenance visit—especially after the company refused to restore service and we were insulted by both the technician and the owner.

I initially had a good feeling after meeting Seth. I was pleased with the competitive pricing offered, and he was well spoken and pleasant to deal with. The job was However......the guy he sent Brain......was better at pretending to be an electrician than actually being one. Having a fair amount of knowledge in the electrical field myself, I noticed him doing things that made zero sense almost immediately, and when I questioned his method and reasoning, it became even more apparent Seth sent someone unqualified, unlicensed, and so rude I told Seth he was NOT welcome back to my home at all.
