My entire kitchen hood exhaust system failed in my restaurant the week before Thanksgiving, and no one could help me in a timely manner… until I contacted Rick at SafeHoods. He rearranged his schedule to come out, diagnose the issue, and then even returned on a Sunday to complete the repairs. I truly cannot say enough great things about Rick — exceptional service all around!
