- DDDanMar 18, 20255.0We had Liv Power install a 24kW Generac standby generator and automatic transfer switch in early March. I am normally a do-it-yourselfer, but this job required licensed professionals, especially for the electrical and gas system modifications. Simply stated, Noe at Liv Power provided professional service from the start to finish. Communications are so often lacking in complex jobs such as this, but I was NEVER caught by surprise. Even when scheduling had to be adjusted, which nearly always happens on a sizable job, Noe was proactive with the heads up, and quickly took care of rescheduling. In the end, I was very pleased with all involved. My personal preferences were always incorporated throughout the process, as well as answers to my many questions. We now have a very professional and esthetically pleasing installation that works flawlessly. And, the price was easily the most competitive. I would highly recommend Noe and his team at Liv Power if you are in the market for a standby generator.
