She is very knowledgeable regarding all types of flooring they carry and recommending a product that best works for our needs. Their new showroom is beautiful. Mila went beyond to assure that we were happy with our choices. Her communication with me was excellent. I even received a text from her on the first day of the install to assure me everything was on schedule. She followed through from our first meeting until the final day of installation. She offers excellent customer care and really cares about the customer. On a side note, Mila was fun to work with. We had a good rapport with her. I also had contact with Robert who did the scheduling. Clint also followed up when I had some questions. Slavik was our installer and he was an artist on the installation. So, I highly recommend this team. Thanks Mila for the great customer service. If we decide to change out other rooms, we will be contacting you!

Clint also helped us pick just the right carpet for our needs. Lee and his team were great installers. On time, professional and courteous. Knowing we up against the calendar, they finished a three day install in just two. Having the extra day for us to start moving was very helpful. Thanks again to everyone at CS Floors!

The Great Room and the View room were carpeted and we had the carpet removed. On the first day I was surprised that only one worker, Slavik, showed up at the house. He worked diligently removing the carpet, pads and installing plywood over the sub flooring. Slavik exceeded all my expectations and it was a joy to have him in my home. I would highly recommend CS floors and of course Slavik. If I could give more stars, I would.
