Karrie from All Pro Plumbing Northwest responded very quickly and had a service technician at our home within the hour. Miguel (service technician) was absolutely amazing. He stopped the leak and quickly bypassed the failed unit in order to temporarily restore hot water to the house. Our other water heater was going on 11 years old so we decided to replace both. Efficient and professional doesn’t even come close to describing Miguel. The quality of his work is incredible. He’s a true craftsman! He had all the work done within a day and a half and took the time to explain every step and provided everything we needed to make informed decisions. I would highly recommend Miguel and All Pro Plumbing Northwest.
