  Our water heater was leaking and our rental agency (Invitation Homes) sent out Marin from AWDR to get the water damage under control. Their first priority was the property, not the people living in the home. Marin wasn't sent out to replace the water heater, but he pushed with the rental agency to get our water heater replaced same day. Because of the faucets in our home, we had to turn off the water to the whole house to stop the leaking, and Marin made sure that not only our water was restored, and our belongings weren't damaged, he went above and beyond and stayed for 6 hours to get our water heater replacement approved from the rental agency. You can tell when someone does their job because they care about the people they're helping, and that is 100% clear from the work Marin did. That's not just customer service; that's a few steps above. I'd recommend AWDR to anyone, you won't get this level of care just anywhere. Thank you so much Marin!

  I highly recommend American Water Damage Restoration based on my recent experience with their services. From start to finish, their team was incredibly professional, demonstrating expertise and dedication in every aspect of the job. The work was completed efficiently and within the promised time frame, which was greatly appreciated during a stressful situation. The quality of their work exceeded my expectations, and their attention to detail was evident throughout the process. Communication was clear and consistent. Example: I contacted Marin, project manager, to communicate a concern and requested a meeting for the following week. His response was “I will meet you at the property in 45 minutes, sir.” That was on a Saturday. The staff was always courteous and respectful. Hopefully I will not need water damage restoration again, but if necessary, I would not hesitate to use American Water Damage Restoration.

  When we had a roof leak at our house, this guys helped us with the mitigation part, drying the structural pet of the house after all the affected multilayered materials had been removed, in couple of weeks we had everything put together, from insulation, drywall, plastered, painted, tiles, kitchen cabinets and new countertops. Thank you guys !!!
