  Brandon and Dustin completed the roof repair work on my home. Thank you for assigning them to do the work. They were courteous, careful with the way they crawled through my attic (no holes in the ceiling ☺), and thorough with the way they examined the flex hose in the attic that connected the bathroom ceiling exhaust fan to the roof exhaust vent. I appreciated the way Brandon explained to me the plan for replacing the affected area of my roof, replacing the roof vent, and reconnecting the flex hose from the bathroom exhaust fan to the roof vent. I am grateful to Brandon and Dustin for their attention to the details of using a combination of your team’s replacement shingles with the few leftover shingles I still had from the original roof installation. When the work was completed, your team meticulously cleaned up any debris from the project so my home and yard were neat. Thank you for your professional and gentlemanly team. Thank you also to you, Joel, for your coordination efforts with GAF and for the searching you did to find appropriate replacement shingles.   I am very pleased with the new roof on my front porch. I really appreciated the honest feedback Joel gave me when I called to have him come look at putting some flashing between my roof and front porch. He let me know the metal roof was not the right roof to install and gave me a quote on what needed to be done to fix the issue. I was upset because the company I had do the install, put the wrong roof on the porch. I did get a second opinion before I had Chase do the work. That company wanted to replace my entire roof! which is only 9 years old. This company is an honest company that does great work. I highly recommend them.

  I received a few quotes on a roof leak and Chase was one of them. I do my research and I don’t always jump at the cheapest or first quote. Both they and the others giving quotes did tell me it was time for a new roof, and this matched with the purchase inspection I had a few years ago. Chase was not the cheapest for the fix or new roof, but they were far less than other companies, and far more professional and reputable than the only offer than was cheaper. The team that was out did a wonderful job (from what I can see) on my very high roof. They replaced all flashing and vent covers along with the roof. They also let me know the builder’s method of wrapping the single onto the facia wasn’t how they do it, or would recommend doing it; which left a decent area of the facia unpainted… so they painted it for me. I just had to supply the paint. I asked about gutters and they contract with a guy who has been in the business 30 years. He was also amazing, quick (a few hours) and reasonably priced, including leaf guards. The only thing I would recommend the homeowner do is ensure they do a sweep for screws/nails and other debris after. While they do a great job of cleaning up, there was more to be found over the following days.
