- JEJames EtheringtonFeb 10, 20235.0I received a few quotes on a roof leak and Chase was one of them. I do my research and I don’t always jump at the cheapest or first quote. Both they and the others giving quotes did tell me it was time for a new roof, and this matched with the purchase inspection I had a few years ago. Chase was not the cheapest for the fix or new roof, but they were far less than other companies, and far more professional and reputable than the only offer than was cheaper. The team that was out did a wonderful job (from what I can see) on my very high roof. They replaced all flashing and vent covers along with the roof. They also let me know the builder’s method of wrapping the single onto the facia wasn’t how they do it, or would recommend doing it; which left a decent area of the facia unpainted… so they painted it for me. I just had to supply the paint. I asked about gutters and they contract with a guy who has been in the business 30 years. He was also amazing, quick (a few hours) and reasonably priced, including leaf guards. The only thing I would recommend the homeowner do is ensure they do a sweep for screws/nails and other debris after. While they do a great job of cleaning up, there was more to be found over the following days.
