They were extremely helpful in helping me choose doors and hardware, helped me ensure things were code compliant, tore out old doors and installed new doors and trim, and with the custom sized door we got, when there was a delay, they quickly communicated it to us. It's been a few months since they've been installed, and there were a couple of different doors at two separate times that had a minor issue with the hardware adjustments...when I called him to ask him what adjustments I want to make to fix the problem I was having, he explained on the phone what would need to be adjusted, sent me visual documents with explanation, but then said "I'll come in and adjust them for you and show you how to do it just in case it ever needs an adjustment in the future." The customer service was superb and the doors are working great!

I was shocked at how much lower their prices were for the same doors at the other places. Jeff, the owner, is super friendly, knowledgeable, and was very helpful in helping us find the right door for our house. He even did the install for us, which wound up being a little tricky. But he quickly figured it out and had it done fairly quickly. It looks great, it's held up well over the winter, and I won't hesitate to go straight there when I need my other doors replaced. I love that his prices are competitive, he's local, and he's just really good at what he does.
