He recently installed a generator for us and traveled all the way out to Skykomish, WA to get it done. Everything was done right, clean, and professional. What really set him apart was what happened during the recent flooding in Skykomish. Without being asked, Shane went back out in dangerous conditions. He lifted our generator off the ground so it wouldn’t get flooded, damaged, or washed away. He also noticed our propane tanks had broken free from the house and were floating away. Shane waded into chest-deep, freezing cold water, recovered the tanks, and secured them to trees to keep them safe. That level of effort goes far beyond expectations. Shane didn’t just do the job — he looked out for us and our property when it mattered most. If you want someone skilled, reliable, and willing to step up when things go wrong, Shane and Fjord Electric are the real deal. Highly recommend.
