  Terrible accuracy!! Monte, the sales guy told me my order had arrived and was ready to pick up. 3 days later I drive 45 minutes to go pick up my order, and after chalking it up to a "mistake", he says it's actually not there. I was appalled . So then they offered to deliver at no cost. When it finally arrives at my place days later, it's short material by about two thirds! I'm never returning here again, they wasted a lot of my time. There are plenty of other good Cedar companies around western Washington that will get my business instead.

  I've been buying lumber/decking from Cedar Country Lumber for many years. They are great people to work with and they always take care of me and my business. They definitely get 5 stars from me.

  Very rude sales person (Michele). I emailed a list of material that I wanted to purchase (12 line items) on a Thursday. I followed up with a phone call the next day to confirm my email was received. The woman that I spoke to said that she would get to it when she can, and the there was a long list in front of me.. I asked when I could expect a price, she said that I would have it the following Monday. Monday came and went without any pricing. I followed up again on Thursday with Michele, and she seemed irritated that I called, and told me that she was still to busy to give me a price, and suggested that I go elsewhere. I asked to speak to the manager. She reported that she was the manager. I asked to speak to the owner, and she told me that she wouldn't let me. She then said that the owner was standing there next to her, she asked if he wanted to speak to me, and the answer was no. It seems contradictory that all of the reviews for the company are very positive, however, mine was not. I have taken Michele's advice and am looking elsewhere. As an owner of a business with hundreds of employees, I would say that if one of my employees ever treated a potential customer as she did, they would no longer have a job. I would suggest that Michele take some classes on customer service, or otherwise find a job where she doesn't have to be bothered by someone wanting to buy something from her. Ridiculous!

  Customer service is over the top! CCL helped us with their knowledge in selecting the best type of wood for our project, it was speedy delivered and wrapped to protect from any weather. CCL has specialty wood from our area that you can't find at other places!
