I know how things can go, but by 3:20, not a peep. Nothing. No update or status. Diddly. I called them. They contacted their guy, and called back to let me know they'd have to reschedule for 3 days later. I get it. Things happen, but keep your customer informed. I wasn't up at 5:30am looking for service for 3 days later. I will offer that their automated call answering thing is top notch - one of the best I've ever talked with. Really! It's outstanding. But it's making promises the company can't keep. I cannot comment on the quality of their work since they didn't do any. Customer care is unacceptable.
