  C&C technicians have serviced my HVAC, furnace and tankless water heater (“equipment“) at my residence for over a decade now. It is a testament to C&C’s excellent services maintained over the years by its well-trained and knowledgeable technicians. C&C’s pricing for its services are also reasonable compared to its competitors in Puget Sound.   C & C Olympic Heating was fantastic! The booking team was clear and transparent, and Tech Jim went above and beyond. He confirmed after-hours costs upfront, arrived on time, quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue, and explained everything clearly. Honest, skilled, and trustworthy service — I’ll definitely call them again! Long version: I had an excellent experience with C & C Olympic Heating. From the very beginning, the booking team was amazing—clear, transparent, and very helpful in setting up after-hours service so I knew exactly what to expect. Tech Jim was outstanding. He called ahead to confirm the after-hours charges so there were no surprises, gave me an accurate arrival estimate, and followed through every step of the way. Once on site, he quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue, all while keeping me informed and educated about what went wrong and how it was being resolved. Jim was honest, skilled, knowledgeable, and very professional. He was transparent and cordial throughout, and it was clear he genuinely cared about doing the job right. He built trust not just with his expertise but with his integrity and communication. I will definitely go back to C & C Olympic Heating in the future.   I have used C&C for years, and have always been very impressed with their quality of work, professionalism, punctuality, and communication. As with any service/trade industry, there is a cost (ever-increasing it seems) just for someone to "show up". But that minimum cost should be to your advantage; to have an HVAC/Heating system assessed and diagnosed. It's also an opportunity to learn something. Jim, the technician that has come to my place a few times over the years, is a great teacher. I always learn a lot from him, and even when the "fix" is simple, I feel like I get my money's worth from the minimum charge because he takes times to educate me; to the point where I have been able to troubleshoot minor issues on my own, and even resolve them without needing to call in a professional like Jim. When I read certain reviews of this company, or reviews in general, the most common negative reviews seem to center around expectations. If you have set your expectations too high, or for an outcome that is not commensurate with the product or service being sought, you will have a negative experience and take it out on the company. My unsolicited advice is to always ask questions of any service company before scheduling any work, so you can set "reasonable" expectations. Then, if they aren't met, then you have legitimate cause for issue.
