  Not the company they used to be years ago. I purchased a bundle of unfinished wood for a floor repair. The width would not work based on my builders looking at it once home. They said I could return if no pieces were missing but when I called them they said they would not take it back due to the bands holding the bundle together had been cut. I offered to bundle it back together for them. The older gentleman (Warren maybe?) I had dealt with hung up on me. I clearly will not be moving forward with plans to purchase flooring for our basement there. If you value any sort of customer service I would avoid this business. They very clearly do not care. Update: I see the owner added a response. To be clear they said it was returnable if no pieces were missing. We are talking about a stack of unfinished wood flooring, not a appliance or Television. Thank you for hanging up on me so I was able to learn what kind of people you are before ordering product for a much larger job.

  Unfortunately this company does not adhere to contracts, schedules or agreements. Warren said he would be able to schedule us early if we could get all the demolition done. We got a dumpster, rented equipment, and my husband took 2 days off from work in order to complete the demo on time. They then booked someone else because Warren said there was no way we could get the demo done in time. So we rescheduled for 2 weeks later. The Friday before they were supposed to come, I again email to find out which day they were coming. Warren called me back on Saturday to say he could not do the job for another month. We are now waiting for them to refund our money so we can go somewhere else. Use them only if you are flexible and don't mind being pushed out weeks/months.

  We've used Woodline three times for hardwood floors in our home. Every room they have done we have been delighted with their work. The installers Jason and Leonard were professional, wore 'indoor' shoes to keep our home clean, and and did a great job. I highly recommend this company if you are looking for new floors!
