- TBThomas BreeseDec 6, 20255.0Peak installed a mini-split heat pump and replaced an existing propane boiler with a heat pump and electric hot water heater in my home. They were great throughout he entire process. They were quick to get back to me about my initial request for an estimate and to schedule a visit. The person I worked with during the estimate visit and sales process was a pleasure to work with and sincerely put my desires and considerations into the multiple versions of the estimates he put together for me. The work was scheduled promptly and was done professionally and with as much care and attention as if it were their own home. I'd definitely recommend Peak for any of these types of services. They made the process simple and I'm very pleased with the finished product.

- PQPatrick QuimbyAug 20, 20252.0Just a warning some of the work Peak does is fine, other stuff and the billing is suspect just be aware of vehicle surcharges, charging full rate for apprentices and assistants, being charged for drive time to get parts that are not on the truck, having different people show up for service then you might have met before, over charging for parts and materials, and being put on the bottom of the list for repairs and follow up visits. This kept happening over several visits to my property, can't recommend based on a variety of issues. If you don't mind paying full tech price for assistants go ahead...otherwise the work seems to be OK for the area but do not expect to be treated or billed fairly.
