- KGKimberly GriffithOct 25, 20251.0I didn’t get service but whoever was driving the big lifted truck near the 89 91 interchange today was very rude cutting off multiple drivers. Wouldn’t want them to service my house!
- PQPatrick QuimbyAug 20, 20252.0Just a warning some of the work Peak does is fine, other stuff and the billing is suspect just be aware of vehicle surcharges, charging full rate for apprentices and assistants, being charged for drive time to get parts that are not on the truck, having different people show up for service then you might have met before, over charging for parts and materials, and being put on the bottom of the list for repairs and follow up visits. This kept happening over several visits to my property, can't recommend based on a variety of issues. If you don't mind paying full tech price for assistants go ahead...otherwise the work seems to be OK for the area but do not expect to be treated or billed fairly.
