The project went so seamlessly that I went back to GMS for the installation of a battery storage system, as well. For both projects, I received such attentive assistance from the accounting and project teams all the way through to the direct installers. Shannon Jackson, my solar advisor for both projects, showed patience and kindness while I contemplated my choices; I never felt pressured at all. Shannon even came back for walk-throughs well after both installations to review the systems with me, and to ensure that they were meeting my needs.
