Long story short; a house my wife and I almost purchased looked to be in very good condition from the outside. But thankfully, after Richard Lalancette's inspection, we avoided purchasing a massive money pit. Can't ask for a better inspector than Richard Lalancette. He provided a VERY thorough inspection and didn't seem to miss anything. We're grateful to this company for what we avoided.

Morgan is quite helpful in answering all our questions! She went the extra mile to get the info we needed. We ended up not needing an inspection, but when we do we know where to go Thanks Criterium-Lalancette!
