- DBD BurchfieldOct 24, 20241.0I cannot trust a business that doesn't return calls and does not answer the phone, and when they do, it's as if I am bothering them. They are obviously too busy for my little project and even though the individual I spoke to stated that "someone would call", I just don't believe it. So, if you want to get your glass replaced, I would recommend going elsewhere.

I didn't receive a phone call or any notification that he was not coming. I called the office, spoke with another man and left a message for Rob to call the next work day and still have not receive that phone call.
