Hans was on time, courteous and very professional. He found the septic cover in short order and in a little while we had a clean tank! They gave me notice days ahead of time that my appointment needed to be pushed back a couple of hours and were able to give me an invoice on the day of service. Paid invoice actually, since I gave a check to the driver and got the receipt of payment right then! The driver gave me detailed advice about how to manage our septic system once I explained that we recently moved into the area and have always had municipal sewer before. I'm also very glad that the driver had been vaccinated and showed up fully clothed and not smoking! (None of which were true with the first septic company I had come out.)
