The person I spoke to said I would get a call back in 15 minutes from someone who would help me….never got a call back. Waited a week,then called again, this time got an answering machine, left message with my name and phone number…again, no call back after another week. Looks like they don’t have any interest in actually providing service, or they are so busy they don’t need any future business. Either way, done with this company, can’t recommend as they ignore you. Would I recommend…no

They came out and inspected the problem an gave me estimate and made recommendations that I was happy with. I really felt like they were really looking out for as a customer and a home owner. Other places I called about my issue just gave me a quote over the phone to just replace my gutters. With Alamo this family ran business i felt really comfortable with my choice from the moment I got off the phone with them. They keep to there schedule and the work was done in a timely manner. I would highly recommend them.

Once we signed the contract the crew were ready to go. The crew did a great job covering our flower gardens, garage, and air-conditioning. They moved along quickly getting the job done. They picked up trash right after removing the shingles and at the end. Eric kept us updated during this whole process and while the roof was going on he was hands-on there updating us on the progress going on. We would strongly recommend Alamo Roofing to anyone.
