- RWR WOct 30, 20255.0Our garage door would not close. The tech resolved the problem in less two minutes. A stray rope fell through the right hand sensor as the door tried to close. The rope was removed and the problem was resolved. The original set up worked fine with the rope. When the door closed it did not fall erthrough the old sensor. I have no idea what purpose the rope served. It was there when we moved into the house.

The driver of the truck jumped in front of me to make a left on Cedar road which caused me to slam on breaks so I wouldn't hit the side of the vehicle. I understand people are not patient when they drive but if you need to turn, you should be in the turning lane and not jump in front of people. At least use your signal light when driving!! There needs to be some driver safety courses done within the company. I'm a homeowner, with a garage that will eventually need maintenance but I wouldn't reach out to this company. It's important to note that drivers in company vehicles are representing the business...choose your employees wisely.
