My neighbor told me about Ace Handyman, and it was the perfect resource. I sent a photo of the job and my contact info via the website, and within an hour John called to get more details, discuss process and cost, and was able to set up on appointment the same week. Mr. Romero called us the day of the job and was extraordinarily nice and easy to work with. He checked the entire roof and discovered another open area, which he was able to repair as part of the original job. He used screws instead of nails to improve the odds our home-wreckers won't be successful next time! Great service, clear process, fair pricing. Will call again.

The estimate was nearly double what the project manager that came to the house indicated it would be close to. My husband was also told by the project manager that this company does not price gouge people on their estimates....right!!!! Guess they need the $100 to keep their business afloat!
