  Unfortunately did not have a good experience with radon solutions. I was quoted and paid for two areas to be drilled in my basement in September 2025. When I got home from work, I noticed only one area was drilled and emailed asking about this. Marcus called a few days later and let me know that sometimes they drill one spot, test, and then depending on the results would either come back and drill again or I’d get a partial refund. He advised the test results would come to both he and I, so we will wait and see what those say. Several weeks passed and I hadn’t received results so I reached back out and was told that I was supposed to send the test in. I advised that no test was left for me to use or any instruction to send anything back so I was confused on why Marcus said we would both get the results. Anyways, Rick kindly sent me a test and I completed it. Got the results back and it was under 4, so I reached out about my partial refund on Dec 2nd. Didn’t hear from anyone so reached out again on Dec 8th. Marcus emailed back and said he’d call tomorrow (the 9th). Never heard so I emailed again on Dec 15th. Never heard so I emailed again on Jan 2nd and Marcus gave me his number to call. Spoke with Marcus and he said they would work on it. Never received anything so emailed again on Feb 20th and have had no response. I understand things get busy, but we are going on 6 months now. Grateful my test came back under 4, but I paid for two areas to be drilled on separate sides of a concrete wall and only one side was completed. System was also not put in the area that was discussed at the quote but I understand that can happen. Very disappointed in lack of communication and follow through.

  Marcus was great to work with. He did the estimate quickly and also got the system installed ahead of schedule. I was selling a house and the radon was barely above the limit (5) but the buyer still wanted the system. Once it was retested (not included) it was super low (.5). Very happy with the system and service!

  Installation in January. Hart made the original contact and installation. Did a great job and addressed my concerns. Using an Airthings radon detector my reading were long term 26.18 pCi/l before installation. Waited 2 days after and reset detector. Now reading 1.18 for 3 days. March Had a problem with noise. Reported issue. A new fan was installed that fixed the vibration. How a problem is handled, is an indication of how good a company is. Outstanding. Long term average less than 1.

  Dan, Hart, & Rick were a pleasure to work with. No on wants to have to out a radon system in but if you do, these are the guys! Super professional installation and great guys to work with. Highly recommend!!

  Our 1975 house we had just sold got caught during inspections with a "Take Action" radon level above 4pCi/L. We called many mitigation companies and got similar estimates, but Dan at Radon Solutions was the only person to actually take time to come to our home. He did a thorough analysis of our slab, and where to put the mitigation unit, and sold us on their quality installation methods and price. The day of the work, Dan showed up on time, and did the work in a morning, the unit looks pretty solid and isn't going to fall off the home anytime soon. True to their word, the radon levels were tested at around 1pCi/L from an independent inspection they paid for as part of the price. I'd highly recommend them if you are in the market to have radon mitigation work done.
