Jason represented the company well by showing up on time, fully explaining everything, and then leaving me a quote the same day. I am still in the process of gathering other quotes to make an educated decision, but with Jason's professionalism and thorough review of everything I am impressed so far.

The furnace was sporadicly cutting off. I thought it was a thermostat for loose wire. No...there's are 2 parts each side fn the furnace that looks like manifolds. One of them is very slightly becoming separated. The technician got his carbon monoxide detector. The furnace was putting on Carbon Monoxide so he immediately cut my furnace off. It's a miracle.I have not died over the past 15 years dealing with this issue. No one else ever looked or checked it in all these years. I truly feel that Steve saved my life. Thank god he just didn't throw a thermostat on it like everybody else is doing over the years.

When the tech arrived, he talked down to my wife and treated her like she didn't know what she was talking about. He also spoke very poorly of the other HVAC suppliers in the area, heavily implying that their techs were on drugs. While I understand that everyone is entitled to their opinion, this was not professional behavior. As for the quote, he stated that he would not do the work on the exhaust system and would only do a full replacement- estimated around 17,000 dollars. The high quote as well as the unprofessional behavior from the tech combined mean we will not use them for any work on our home. With that being said, the tech did have a lot of knowledge and was sharing that knowledge freely. Advise to anyone who uses this company: 1) Get another quote, you'll likely find that this one is on the higher end. 2) Have a male present as they seem to talk down to women.

Was upfront and let me know that it will need replacement in the next year or so, but wasn’t pushy about trying to get me to replace it right now. Said the company will come out and give me a free quote when I’m ready to look at replacement. He also troubleshot my issues with my minisplit, was upfront about needing a different tool to repair it and said woods will send someone out next week with the right tool. He was very friendly and competent, excellent at his job, helped me feel informed about my hvac systems (I’m a new homeowner).
