Came for detection of problem for heat, diagnosis was wrong, was charged immediately and paid the service despite wrong diagnosis which was actually very simple and there was basically no issue. never heard back from company as they were suppose to call
Me back regarding service. despite calling 3 times and talked to different people regarding this matter never heard back. Such a poor customer service.

My husband called Woods to have maintenance done on the furnace. The guy came out and cleaned the burners and then he told my husband that it was leaking and we need a new furnace. He said that it was 27 years old also. When he got here he didn't even turn his truck off before he came in the house. He didn't do all the maintenance like it says they do he still charge for just doing what he did just lucky I found a coupon on there website. The second came out a couple of days later and gave us a price on the furnace he went down and looked and put his tester up to the furnace and said it definitely it needs a new furnace it was reading a 5 on side and on the other side it was reading a 9 which my husband looked it up on the computer and they said that was alright not to worry. So my husband ordered a meter and it read 0 at the furnace and the vents. Like the guy said that if it was bad they turn the gas off to the furnace but he didn't. We told him it would have to replace next year the guy told us that it was going up next year and they had a payment plan. When you tell people that you can't afford it right now they should not try to force you. The furnace was around $3,000. but to it in it $8,800 why does it cost so much on labor. We decided to wait we just have to much going on because we just couldn't afford it yet if it was bad I would some how get it but it is no. We bought carbon monoxide tester and so far it isn't going off.

I have a gas boiler. For years I have been using different companies because of jumping pipes. They come charge couple hundred to bleed pipes or/and say the Thera cup has gone bad. Not this guy. He came said the hot water had been turned off cut on set temperature at 74 degrees. No trouble since. That you for sending an honest polite worker

Woods is a great company in my humble opinion. They have always been on time for me and the tech today, Steven McClelland was great. Very polite, respectful and explained what was causing the issue. All was fixed promptly and left everything as clean as when he got here. I do recommend Woods highly.

We would not recommend. We were 9 days without heat when the repairman said 2 or three. He bragged on how “on top of everything they were”. At 2 days I called. They couldn’t find the tracking. At 3 days they found the tracking and said delivery was to be on Monday. That was 7 days after he was at the house on the initial visit. At that point the receptionist said that was 3 working days. She said Missy ordered it on Wednesday. That was 2 days after the tech said it was ordered. They then Scheduled for Tuesday. The tech was on time both times and after 9 days got it back running.
