- SSSinisterSmileDec 27, 20251.0Called Wisler because my furnace wasn’t working. I was charged over $300 to replace a part on it. In less than 12hrs my furnace had stopped working again. Called Wisler back asking them to come back and fix it since it clearly wasn’t done correctly. They wanted to charge me another $300 just to come out and “fix” what they didn’t fix the first time!

They provided a timeframe when the technician would arrive. The technician, Jeremy, arrived promptly during that time frame. Jeremy stepped us thru exactly what he was going to do. He was friendly, kind, engaging and worked efficiently. He ended our nightmare within the hour! We could not have asked for anything more. We are extremely pleased with the amazing service we received! We will not hesitate to call Wisler again in the future and recommend them to our friends! Thank you to Jeremy for saving the day!

Let me know about the monthly service to protect my electric, AC, plumbing etc for $24.00 per month. They went the extra mile for me. Cliff was helping. My concern was what happened to the AC tune up that was done by Blue Ridge Heating and Air on October 7, 2025, who left a loose connection in my unit in the attic that was checked by the technician as good. Completely happy with your quick response and thorough inspection. I was a structural steel inspector and a ultrasonic level ll technician for structural welds and moment connections in in critical building locations to avoid structural failure. I appreciate a conscientious and thorough inspection. I got it and was thankful for your employees.
