Great experience from start to finish. Walked us through options so we could pick the perfect fence for our needs. Delivered on time and looks fantastic! A lawn care company caused damage to the fence and Sam Fencing repaired it quickly and to perfection.

We could not be happier with our choice to use Sam Fencing for our large backyard fencing project. We did aluminum. John was so nice from our first meeting and continued to be responsive to my email questions. The materials arrived earlier than anticipated and the team (lead by Thomas-also super nice) completed our project in just two days. The guys were so friendly and did a beautiful job. We now have three very happy doggies! Their parents are pretty happy too!

I have to admit it was sticker shock when I first saw the estimate for our fence. However, I realize the cost of wood is outrageous wherever you go. Communication was excellent. They worked around our schedule to install the fence. All materials were high-quality and the installation went smoothly. You could tell the guys knew what they were doing. They adjusted the fence to the slope and layout of our yard. The photos were taken right after they finished putting up our fence.

Frequently Asked Questions About Sam Fencing

Do I have to stain or paint a wood fence?

Sealing and maintaining your wood fence is essential. While untreated wood fences may last around 15 years, proper painting and staining can extend their lifespan to approximately 30 years with regular maintenance.

How do I properly maintain a wood fence?

For optimal maintenance, apply stain or paint to your wood fence a few months after installation. Avoid waiting a full year, as this may allow the fence to become too weathered or dirty for proper sealing. The initial drying period after installation allows the wood to better bond with the stain.
