He said the spring was broken and he didn’t have one in his truck, but their supplier had it in stock. The problem was that he couldn’t fix it until Monday because his company is closed on the weekend. I didn’t want to go the whole weekend with my car stuck in the garage. So I went online and called 24 Hours Garage Doors Repair, based on their positive reviews. I spoke to Mr. Eli and texted him a photo of the garage and motor housing. I explained my situation, he was very nice and helpful and said “no problem, we carry those springs on our truck.” He scheduled service for the next morning - Saturday. I asked him if there was any chance he could service today. He said he would try and let me know. That was Friday, 9:30am. At 1:30pm the same day he and his assistant arrived. Talk about service! Perhaps he had a cancellation, but that’s an unbelievable response and I was most grateful. Both Mr. Eli and his assistant were very friendly and professional, did an excellent job and the cost was reasonable. He thanked me for the business and I thanked him an told him how much I appreciated him responding so quickly. He offers a five year warranty providing you have him do an annual service, which is at a fair cost. This makes sense - I should have been serving the door annually anyway. I am very pleased with the job and will recommend 24 Hours Garage Doors Repair to my neighbors and friends.
