  Bon Air Exteriors - Wonderful job! Our old deck was beyond its years and we opted to replace with a screened in porch. Curtis came out and listened to our ideas and needs and walked us through the options and design/build process. BAE came up with a functional, spacious, beautiful and maintenance free living space. Angel's efforts in the office kept us informed of the design process and projected construction schedule coordinating with their design and construction groups. Daniel, the PM, and his crew were top notch. He communicated well with us and addressed any questions we had. The job proceeded in a timely fashion and the craftsmanship was great. We highly recommend Bon Air Exteriors

  Bon Air Exteriors did a great job replacing our deck. We were pleased with their communication before, during and after the job. Their crew did fabulous work creating an inviting place for us to enjoy.

  I had a tree fall on my wood deck last winter, and Bon Air Exteriors did such a beautiful job with a Fiberon replacement. Because it involved an insurance claim (which I had never been through before), I had a million questions, and Curtis was very thorough explaining the scope of the work and providing a detailed quote. I had gotten quotes from 6 contractors, so I can confidently say their pricing is fair - in fact right on the money as far as matching what the independent adjuster quoted. Some of the companies that had slightly lower prices didn't even take the time to come out and look at everything, they just Googled my address to look at photos of the house and emailed me a number. Curtis came out twice to make sure the deck was going to be what I wanted before I signed the contract. Except for some weather delays, the work was done quickly, overall, less than a week. Daniel, the Project Manager, was super nice and very patient with my concerns. Angel in the office is also friendly and totally on top of things! I ended up having them do my roof as well - I was expecting that work to be pretty messy, and was concerned about my garden, but nothing got damaged, and the cleanup was spotless, including picking up all the nails that landed in the yard. They will certainly be my go-to when it's time to replace my windows! (The steps are a little dirty in the photos, but this was before they power washed everything)

  Bon Air Exteriors was really great to work with. From initial contact, they were very professional and timely in responses. They were patient as we made some changes to the plans, and very quick once we signed the contract. The work done was excellent! We are enjoying our screened porch, and would highly recommend BAE to anyone doing exterior work!

  We just used Bon Air Exteriors to remove our old deck and replace with new materials. They also replaced the enclosures around our trash can and air conditioner unit. The job was done exceptionally well, with constant contact from Scott Lanzillotti sending pictures to us (we were out of town). Imagine trusting someone with a project when you’re not even home to watch the dailey progress! Everything was completed as expected. Every employee I spoke with was extremely helpful and polite. Curtis also checked in with us to ensure we were happy. If you are looking for a company to do top notch work that you don’t have to go behind, I highly recommend these guys!
