The communication with them was great and they kept me updated throughout the entire process. Even when I needed to have a revision made after construction had begun, they were very accommodating. I would highly recommend talking to Sam if you are thinking about replacing or building a new deck. You won’t be disappointed.

After several other companies balked at taking on the project, Sam and his crew came in and saved the day. They made daunting project look easy, building 6 flights of stairs with a 16 x16 rec area on the bank of the river,, connecting our backyard to the dock below. We are thankful for Sam's professionalism and truly outstanding work.

We had a French Drain, that was original to the house and the patio was to be poured even with the drain. Arturo, (site manager) noticed the French Drain had a crack and felt strongly that the drain should come out. He said it would create problems for me down the road and I would eventually, not be happy with the patio. The only problem I had with taking the drain out was it caused more labor and concrete than the contract called for. Arturo, called Paul, the project manager and explained the issues the French Drain would create. Paul spoke to me and asked if it would be okay to take the drain out and they would take care of the extras, because they wanted me to be happy long term with their work. I thought this type of customer service was a thing of the past. Their work ethics, knowledge, communication are deserving of five stars, but the employees of Sams Fence, dedication to customer satisfaction, well there aren't enough stars for that.
