  Isai with American Group Construction is just wonderful. I first found Isai about 9 years ago when had a leaky skylight when we first moved in to our home (we bought >100 year old house). I went through about 20 contractors before I found Isai. He was the only one to actually get on the roof to check and found it was the roof, not the skylight, causing problems. His crew replaced the lower roof with new skylights in just a day. He also has a great guarantee on his services. When we thought we had a leak in the roof when it started pouring like a waterfall from the dining room, he came right out the next day to check it out. Turns out, the HVAC left a hole in the side of our house when HVAC guy installed a new unit upstairs (that is a whole other story). But Isai also determined that the upstairs roof had some issues that needed to replaced. Once again, his crew replaced the upper roof in a day and did a great job. He also replaced our garage roof at a later date. We then had a leak through one of the skylights that we replaced. Isai came out the next day. He determined that the skylight was fine but found that an upstairs window was leaking in water (whoever originally fixed up this house just literally put bandaids over everything and now everything was coming off). We saved up the money to fix our whole outside of our house. We needed a general contractor to do the outside porch/deck, mudroom repair, and stone foundation. Isai did all the siding, windows, and doors. Isai has made our house look beautiful - a red farmhouse type. Isai is great to work with, especially as a woman. I have had so many contractors treat me poorly or ignore me because of being a woman. But he treats everyone with respect. He is very detailed, reasonable, and gives many options. He was willing to work with us when we had hiccups and delays with the first general contractor (too bad Isai is not also a general contractor). He will fine tune until you get your vision. I now have my dream home. Trust Isai, Harry, and American Group Construction and you will not be disappointed.

  I have dealt with several roofers over the years and this company has, by far, been the best. Everyone is courteous, and knowledgeable. They show up promptly and document their work. I can't say enough good things about this company. I would highly recommend them for your roofing and gutter needs.

  I can’t recommend Isai from American Group highly enough—outstanding service, clear and detailed explanations, and very fair pricing. He’s incredibly honest and immediately pointed out that others had misdiagnosed the issue—I didn’t need to replace the entire gable after all. He saved me time, money, and a lot of unnecessary stress!

  American Group Construction, Inc. did a fantastic job replacing my roof! Isai Fonseca, the owner, was very knowledgeable, professional, and easy to work with from start to finish. The actual work was done quickly and professionally at a very fair and reasonable price. I would definitely recommend him and I will use again when I need roofing.
