Then as our business is closing they finally decide to do it. When we closed our business, I called to have my account finalized and pay my balance in full. They told me it was already automatically paid. A month later they billed me again and bounced my bank account. With a hefty fee. I called for an explanation, they put me on hold for almost 20 minutes and then told me it was a "miscommunication". No refund, no apologies, no nothing. Terrible business.
