  If i could give zero stars I would. For years we tried to get our card to be automatically billed and they wouldn't do it. Then as our business is closing they finally decide to do it. When we closed our business, I called to have my account finalized and pay my balance in full. They told me it was already automatically paid. A month later they billed me again and bounced my bank account. With a hefty fee. I called for an explanation, they put me on hold for almost 20 minutes and then told me it was a "miscommunication". No refund, no apologies, no nothing. Terrible business.

  yall have the worst customer service. mind you i have years of experience and management. but wow ! waste of time and money ill pay someone else to haul trash. whoever is taking calls needs a new job. 2 weeks not picking up after paid and dont provide option for a garbage can, so when you dont have a vehicle large enough to get one your screwed. ive lived in 10+ places over time and this is by far the worst experience with a disposal company. total scam and unprofessional
