  I am pleased to provide a review for Custom Home Improvement & Repairs, reflecting on my excellent experience from the sales presentation through the replacement of two roofs and the installation of new gutters on one of the homes. The process began with a meeting with sales consultant Demetrius. I informed Demetrius that I had already consulted two other remodeling companies and was not prepared to make an immediate decision. Unlike the representatives from the other companies, Demetrius was neither aggressive nor pushy, avoiding tactics like pressuring for an immediate decision by suggesting a major price increase after 24 hours. Instead, he demonstrated extensive knowledge about roofing and gutters, presented us with three reasonably price options, and thoroughly answered all of our questions. Once we decided to proceed with the company, I communicated with Kimberly over the phone to schedule the projects. She exhibited excellent customer service skills, providing all the necessary information such as project start time, the name of the project manager, and other relevant details. Kimberly also meticulously reviewed the contracts with me, ensuring I fully understood all terms. On the day of installation, project manager, Rick introduced himself, and clearly explained the protocol for addressing any unforeseen issues, such as the need to replace additional damage wood that was not covered in the contract. Throughout the project, Rick maintained impeccable attention to detail. Both roofs were completed on schedule, and they look outstanding. My husband and I are thoroughly impressed with the team’s dedication, as they exceeded expectations and ensured the sites were thoroughly cleaned upon completion.   Demetrius was a dream to work with! Customer service was top-notch. He really listened to our needs and concerns and went above and beyond to educate us on our options and to ensure a great experience. Custom Home improvements offered high-quality materials at a price very similar to the lower quality materials offered by others in the area. The roof installation was beautiful. The crew was pleasant and everything was left neat and tidy. Highly recommend!

  We are so impressed with our new roof from Custom Home Improvements!! Rick and Kimberly were super, answering our many questions and checking in with us on a regular basis. The crew were outstanding, they worked so hard and responsibly and cleaned up each day of our two day job!! Shout out to Demetrius too for his help. We highly recommend this company, and would certainly call them again for anything in the future.

  We needed to replace our twenty year old roof and after interviewing several companies we chose Custom Home Improvement, and are very glad we did. It has been a pleasure working with Demetrius and Kimberly. Demetrius was professional, knowledgeable and respectful of our needs. He answered all of our questions honestly and completely. He helped us to better understand the replacement process. Kimberly was also a great help, in answering our questions about the materials being used and the different warranties available. We look forward to our new roof, and know that CHI will be with us throughout the process.

  We had a great experience with Custom Home Improvements & Repairs. Demetrius came out for the initial inspection and estimate, and he was awesome—super professional, friendly, and really took his time explaining everything. He walked us through what needed to be done and made sure we felt comfortable with the plan before moving forward. It’s refreshing to deal with a company that actually communicates well and takes pride in their work. Fair pricing, great service, and no surprises. Would definitely recommend them to anyone needing roofing or home repair work done right.
