He was well-groomed, professional, and punctual, even sending me a text so we cold track him, which I really appreciated. Tim took the time to explain everything he was doing step by step and gave me a clear breakdown of the costs involved, so there were no surprises.   Very professional company to deal with. From the first phone call (where a live person) promptly answered the call to the technicians doing the install were finished, everyone was knowledgeable and had a great attitude. Service was also fast.

  I feel my Rep. was very professional in the service and work he provided. The disappointment came after comparing prices of other providers. The spring, bearings and rollers all seem to be overpriced and that is me using their highest cost for all of them. He explained that he only installed 8 New Rollers but I was charged for 10. Lesson learned I will get quotes moving forward and that is not how I like to do businesss.

  Tim was great. Very professional and thorough. He presented all options available regarding garage doors and openers. The work was done quickly on the same day as the estimate. I’d highly recommend A1 Door Company.
