I called requesting a new tub spout be installed on the existing pipe from the wall, which ended up requiring a new coupling and an extension of the existing pipe. Had a plumber onsite about 6 hours after I called. Provided several options to fix my issue, and worked with me to figure the best solution based on the parts he had available on hand. Work was done, including cleanup, in less than an hour. Really appreciated that they came late in the day, and that they rerouted a different plumber to my job once the plumber originally assigned got hung up at another job. Haven’t had a chance to reuse the fixture yet beyond the initial retest, but didn’t observe any immediate obvious issues like leaks or drips, and it did fix the original issue.

EDIT: The owner did call me after reading the review to discuss the situation. They completed the services they quoted me. Though the work was done, I am disappointed by the entire interaction and I'm still left with questions. I thought I had found a plumbing company I could rely on. I think maybe I just had a really bad interaction after some very positive interactions with the company. I appreciate the owner's call, but likely won't be returning for services.
I'm really disappointed with this company. I spent thousands of dollars getting a unit installed just 7 months ago, and when something went wrong the company would not honor the warranty. Instead, they made a vague excuse that doesn't hold up with any of the other 3 plumbers that looked at the issue. Additionally, they are leaving us without heat or hot water (with kids, in temps in the low 40s at night) for reasons that are also not understood by the other plumbers we spoke with. Incredibly disappointed by the lack of transparency and the customer service when I asked clarifying questions.
