  Very pleased with the services that were reasonably priced. Joe was very knowledgeable concerning our brand of fireplace. Several recommendations were provided and the diagnostics took less than ten minutes.

  He was quite diligent while checking the AC / heating unit. Checked all the details necessary and noted the contents. They came promptly and replaced the Jot water heater, did a very good job of explaining how it works, also how to shut the water etc.. if it need to be. Also he answered about the other AC unit and suggested possible new Unit , and also Hot water heater may need to be replaced since it’s been 12 years or so prior to any water damage etc. I really appreciate and very thankful for his inspire on the way things are. He was very good at what he does and glad to be happy with his suggestion

  What this company does is borderline fraudulent, and my experience with them was extremely unprofessional. I needed help installing a chandelier after I had already completed about 50% of the work. When I called this company, I was told there would be a $129 dispatch fee to send a technician. I said I could not accept that. The operator then offered to reduce the fee by 50%, which I declined. After that, the operator said she could waive the dispatch fee entirely provided that I agreed to have the work completed once the technician arrived. I declined again and clearly stated that I would only accept this if the technician gave me a reasonable price for completing the remaining work. After several rounds of back-and-forth, the operator agreed to this. When the technician arrived, I walked him through the job. He then gave me an estimate of $226 for work that would still require my assistance—and on top of that, he said he would not install the crystals. Why would I accept that when the company I purchased the chandelier from offered a full installation for $250? I declined the service, and the technician left. Before leaving, the technician tried to have me sign an acknowledgment stating that I agreed to pay the $129 dispatch fee. I refused, as this directly contradicted what had been agreed to over the phone. Later, I received a call from a very rude woman who claimed that I had consented to paying the dispatch fee if I rejected the work. This is completely false. She then threatened to send my information to collections. Bottom line: never trust companies that don’t keep their word and lack even the most basic sense of professionalism and customer service. I was willing to move forward and even help complete the work if the technician had agreed to finish the job properly, including installing the crystals—which I clearly communicated multiple times. Customer satisfaction matters. Don’t drive your customers away with deceptive and unprofessional business practices.
