  I just finished a 15 month insurance claim that involved significant work to address storm damage. It should not have taken that long but I blame that mostly on my insurance company (adjuster). In the end, the roof was completely redone to include the foundation, all of the siding was replaced, and some window’s were replaced. CCI also did some additional wood and trim work for me that was outside the scope of the insurance claim. Here’s what I can say about CCI: 1. Extremely Professional - every person on the team, especially Tyler who over a year and change became a trusted advisor for me. 2. Quality of work and the results were fantastic and exceeded my expectations. I had many comments from neighbors on how the house turned out. 3. Very responsive to calls and texts and always willing to address any adjustments. 4. $110K claim and they did it all within the insurance payout. Only thing I paid for was what I added, and that was very reasonable. It wasn’t a perfect 5/5 because of delays between phases of work; however, their ability to work with my lousy insurance adjuster and get the most out of the payout made it easy for me to give a 5 rating. Would I use CCI again? Hell yeah I would.

  Colonial Contracting was great to work with to have my roof replaced. They walked me through several rounds of discussions with my insurance company on covering roof replacement and certainly earned my business through their effort, knowledge and patience. Eric and team were great to work with, kept me informed the whole way and did an excellent and timely job of installing the roof.

  We first hired Colonial Contracting Inc to do a full roof replacement for us in 2020, working with our insurance and supporting us through the claim process. Recently I noticed that some of our rakeboards (original to the house, almost 40 years old!) were rotting and I reached out to CCI to see if we could work with them again because we had been so satisfied. They promptly sent a team to assess, measure, and provide an estimate with a few options that we could pursue. Once we signed, the installation process was so quick! The install team arrived promptly and worked efficiently, cleaning as they went. We opted for the PVC material and it makes our exterior look so fresh and clean! The next time we need exterior home repairs or replacements, CCI will be our first stop!
