Erlyn Pavon and his ALPHA GROUP solved the exceptionally complicated challenge of removing a very old boiler and water heater that were housed in a small closet between my basement kitchen and my family room in my circa 1860’s house, with radiators throughout my four story house. I wasn’t sure it could ever be done. But Erlyn Pavon and the ALPHA GROUP got it done! They removed the boiler and the water heater, which were vented through an existing chimney, from inside of the closet. They then relocated a new boiler and a new water heater to a corner of the laundry room at the back of the house, and vented them through the side of the house. To make this transition work, they added new copper pipes, ran them from the front of the house to the new boiler and water heater in the laundry room at the back of the house, and labeled each pipe to correspond with the radiator it serves. It was incredibly complex work, and was exceptionally well done. The new heating and hot water systems work efficiently and effectively. I am so grateful for the excellent work performed by the ALPHA GROUP and Erlyn Pavon The next project I have asked the ALPHA GROUP and Erlyn Pavon to take on is replacing three old AC compressors in my home’s dual zone AC system. I trust them implicitly to do exceptional work. I highly and unequivocally recommend the ALPHA GROUP and Erlyn Pavon!

The team upfitted my residence from a 100amp service to a 400amp service, providing a complete rewire and new wire for the remodeling of my residence, ~6,700sq ft. Additionally, the Alfa Group provided plumbing and HVAC services during the remodel. Replacing all water supply and drain (waste), adding an 80-gallon commercial gas hot water heater. They upgraded the house to a dual zoned HVAC system - gas furnace, heat pump, AC. The Alfa Group, as I later discovered, is a licensed MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) and GC (general contractor) company. They did a terrific job while on site and their service follow-up has been excellent.
