He installed a used one and got it running. They will order a new board next week. Really great service at any time, but especially on Christmas Eve.

Jacob was able to pinpoint the issue as requiring new motors. Fortunately, I purchased the extended warranty. Jacob has shown professionalism at each visit. - ELEthel LeakeDec 13, 20253.0Jacob was great !! He identified 2 problems with my heating system and fixed both as quickly as possible. The reason for 3 instead of 5 stars is the fact that I had the whole system checked with the "maintenance agreement" about 6 weeks ago. And everything was "OK'. 1 of the 2 problems which was clogged ignition valves, should have been caught at inspection. The Tech that did the maintenance said "he fired it up and everything worked great!" how can 4 ignition valves completely stop up in about 6 weeks and the temps at that time were not low enough for the gas heat to come on to make them clog up? I am still waiting for Jessica to call me back as requested when they called to inquire how the service call went. I believe the system was mot checked as it should have been and one problem could have been picked up before I had to have a larger bill.
