- TZTee ZanDec 5, 20251.0My experience with the culture of this place is that a majority of the employees here carry an unwelcoming mindset with an "I don't care" attitude toward customers. Ordering anything is a laborious process with a complacent approach from sales. Trying to reach anyone on the phone is consistently very difficult and non of my calls are returned after I leave messages. No matter who I walk by in the hallway or no matter what office I encounter I am never greeted and always feel like I am being a burden. This place could be so much better if it had a customer friendly mindset.
