The office staff was so nice when I told her we had been without hot water for four days, she felt bad that they had no one available that afternoon. Paul came out the next morning and was able to get our water heater restarted. He was very knowledgeable and informative. I would highly recommend this family owned company. It is hard to find these type of gems in Loudoun county now—fair price, honest and knowledable.

It was a Saturday and our water was now turned off. Contacted Priority One Plumbing and they came out within the hour and had our shower fixed and water turned on. Mike was great. I think we have found our new plumber.
- ALAnne LOct 29, 20255.0Had to replace a shower spigot and valve along with new hose and sprayer units. Old house, old pipes, not easy! Mike was able to access the issues and come up with a very reasonable solution keeping us from replacing the shower tiles and repairing walls thereby keeping the cost down. And going into the wall behind the opposite bathroom sink was ingenious! He did have to remove the vanity and sink and put them back but he accomplished it all in a short and efficient manner. Very impressed once again with this young man and his skills and the overall support of the Priority1 team. Would highly recommend them to anyone who needs the job done quickly, right and economically. This is the fourth time we have used Priority1! Everything from a water main break that flooded the downstairs level to leaky pipes, sinks and now a shower. A great company, you won’t be disappointed!

They answered the phone at 730am by a live person, their tech called and was able to come earlier than expected, he assessed the problem and was able to offer a solution. Mike, the plumber was conscientious about our carpet when bringing in equipment. He cleaned up after his services and was polite, professional and knowledgeable. We had a blockage in our drain line and he was able to fix the problem quickly. We highly recommend this company.
