Bob and Elio were outstanding to work with from start to finish. Their installer caught quality issues in the first batch of flooring, and Bob and Elio immediately offered me three options to resolve the problem. We ultimately chose a premium product, and I really appreciated how transparent and accommodating they were throughout the process. The installation team was professional, polite, and efficient — they showed up when promised, worked carefully, and the finished wood floors and kitchen tile look fantastic. Although the project took a few extra weeks due to the product change, the end result was well worth it. I fully trust Bob, Elio, and their team and highly recommend Floor Advisor for anyone considering solid oak or wood flooring. They provide excellent customer service, quality products, and honest communication every step of the way.

All aspects of the transaction sales, measuring square footage, conversations and installers was a master class experience. The floors were stunning the work guys were great and accommodating, I asked to swap out a sink and they did it. It’s nice to see how everything lined up from sales to install all 5 star work.
