- ETElika TehraniAug 25, 20242.0I love my new home but the parking is seriously an issue and the developer needs to consider using some land plotted for future homes for additional parking instead. There is currently no parking and they just made the curbs near the protected tree area a fire lane. Once all the homes are built it will be even worst which is hard to imagine considering how bad it is already. For homes this size homeowners should be allotted at the very least 2 guaranteed parking spots, with options for guest parking as well. Fix this Stanley Martin. Parking multiple streets away is dangerous in so many ways and is not a viable solution.
