Routine maintenance could not identify problem so PHA sent technician who correctly identified a failing circuit bd. They ordered part and then an expert installer fixed. All in space of two weeks including delivery of part. Truly exceptional service.

No one else has said anything . I left the garage door opened for him but he came back to tell him he didn’t latch the one gate. I asked about the other gate and he didn’t close that and lock it either. Couldn’t understand why when he had the garage door opened the whole time. Glad he came back and told me because I have a little dog that could have gotten out. No one should leave fence gates insecure with a dog living in your room.
