- LMLinda MJun 29, 20225.0Elated with the finished product of our hall bath! Bob Amin and his staff at Floor Advisor did an excellent job in planning and executing the remodeling project. Tile selection was arranged thru Dal Tile, who has an awesome designer to assist with selections. The entire demolition and rebuild was one week, except for the shower door install and painting. This is a great local company to deal with and are reasonably priced. Would highly recommend!

Bob Amin came out and measured the carpet for my condo and showed me samples of carpet that they stock which I wouldn’t have to wait for. Bob got me my quote for the carpet I chose that evening, and installation was scheduled like 10 days later. On installation day the installers showed up on time, gave me a time they would be finished, and completed the job by then. During install they moved my furniture and put them back in the correct spots when done. The installer was moving the last bedroom furniture back when I came in, and the installer showed me the bed frame was damaged (I knew it was damaged but couldn’t get to it myself) and the installer helped me fix the bed frame even though it was damaged before they touched anything.

We found out the day we were moving in that the carpets in our home had been soiled and ruined by the previous occupant’s pets. It was 3pm on a Friday afternoon and everything we owned was on a truck. We needed new carpet throughout the house. It was an emergency. I made a few calls around town to carpet stores to find out if any would be open on the weekend. Someone recommended Floor Advisor. I called and Bob answered. I told him the situation, and he dropped everything and came to do a walk-through that evening. Bob knew exactly what to do and he took care of everything. The next day, early Saturday morning, a crew was at our house ready to go. They worked the entire weekend to decontaminate floors and recarpet the entire house, top to bottom, with beautiful carpet. They did an amazing job and helped us through a stressful, difficult situation. Bob is wonderful. He an expert at what he does, and he has a great team of installers. And he understood our desperate situation and solved it immediately. Thank you so much! We are so grateful! Highly recommend them!
