- JBJoanne BargerSep 17, 20251.0We signed a contract with RNJ Paving at the end of July to have our driveway paved. They scheduled the project for today, yet no one ever showed up and we received no communication whatsoever. After I reached out, I was told they had completely forgotten we were on the schedule. They assured me they would call me back this morning, but never did. This level of disorganization and lack of professionalism is extremely frustrating, especially after waiting weeks with a signed contract in place. Clear communication and reliability are the bare minimum a customer should expect, and unfortunately, RNJ Paving failed to deliver either. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend them.

Problem #2 - I assumed small cracks would be addressed before sealing. Failing to do so likely made the situation worse. It appears that following industry standards is not the standard. Problem #3 - I was assured that my new garage doors would be protected. Unfortunately, I came home to sealant splatter over both doors.
