The customer service team is absolutely amazing and worked with me to see if they could fit me in at the end of the day on Saturday evening and they did! Nic was very thorough and checked everything about the door and went to his task. Nic explained what needed to be done and went about his business and fixed the door in a timely manner. He ensured all the points had lubricant and provided some tips for good maintenance. A true professional. Thanks bey much to the ProLift Team. If we could only do something about the costs of the springs!??!!

Terry was on time, very pleasant and helpful without being pushy. We asked him to write up a quote for a full replacement and he put me together for us quickly. We had a great experience.
